Connecting your mailbox with Upscale is one of the most crucial steps to get you started. You can connect your Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365 account with Upscale.
To connect your Gmail Account
- Go to Settings > Mailbox
- Click on Sign In > You will be redirected to Gmail
- Select your email id from the list

- On the verification page, click on the Advanced option.
- Now, click on Go to nylas.com

- Click on Continue to grant permission to access your account
Your mailbox will be connected and you will be redirected to Upscale after a successful sync.
To connect your Outlook or Microsoft 365 Account
In case you use Outlook or Microsoft 365, then the Admin of your Outlook or Microsoft 365 account has to first create an account in Upscale and sync his mailbox. Only then Upscale will be able to use your mailbox.
- Go to Settings > Mailbox
- Click on Sign In > You will be redirected to Microsoft Exchange
- Enter your Outlook password and Click on Sign In
Your mailbox will be connected and you will be redirected to Upscale after a successful sync.
