Safety Setting

Safety Settings define what should happen to prospects in a workflow while assigning prospects. This helps you in configuring -

  1. Can a prospect be added to the same workflow again?
  2. Can a prospect be added to other workflow when it is already active in some workflow?

This setting also lets you configure whether you want to add unsubscribe link to the emails that will be sent from this workflow or not.

Update Prospect Stage When

This setting lets you configure what should happen to prospects stage when certain criteria are met as it moves through a workflow. Upscale allows you to set prospect stage in the following conditions -

  1. When prospect is added to workflow
  2. When email sent to prospect via workflow bounces
  3. When first email is delivered or a call is connected to prospect
  4. When prospect replies on email or the outcome of a call step is marked as positive
  5. When prospect finishes workflow but has not replied
  6. When prospect finishes workflow and doesn't reply after X days
If you don't want to update prospect stage based on above conditions, then you can select Don't update option from the dropdown.
